La Vida Llena's Head Chef, Stan Wacker, came to New Mexico from a five star resort in Arizona. He brings eleven years of experience, including a degree from the Scottsdale Culinary Arts School, and specializes in sauces.

Chef Wacker has assembled one of the most professional culinary teams in all of Albuquerque. With his talented staff, any dietary need can be met with flair and elegance, while keeping the highest standards in taste and presentation.
