La Vida Llena's Health Care Center is state licensed for Medicare residents, providing skilled and intermediate levels of care. We offer quality, comprehensive services in a beautiful, warm, caring environment. Our licensed health center professionals take pride in meeting the individual needs of our residents and offer an interdisciplinary approach to care.

The Health Care Center at La Vida Llena offers semi-private or private rooms. The Center's residential atmosphere promotes social interaction. Residents are encouraged to be as independent as possible and to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable lifestyle.

In addition to the individualized personal services in our Health Care Center, we also provide speech, occupational, respiratory, and physical therapies. A full time activities director supports the mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of the resident.
