URGENT NOTICE UPDATE:

Residents should be abiding by the stay at home order issued by the Governor except for emergency or essential outings.

Re-testing:

We are still waiting to hear from the Department of Health as to when they will be returning to LVL to provide testing for Alta Vista, Casitas and Nueva Vista. As soon as we know we will provide the details.

Restricted points of entry DETAILS: Beginning Thursday 4/23/2020 AT 4:00 PM

The Monday communication indicated we would be locking all doors to the community. In follow up discussions with NM Department of Health, we will be able to secure the campus and buildings by placing security check points at the Lagrima de Oro road entrance to the main campus and at the gate entrances to Alta Vista, Casitas, and Nueva Vista. All doors throughout the campus will continue to be usable with your fob. All doors will have a sign indicating use for residents only.

We have hired a local, professional, experienced security company to provide security guards at each of the three entrances during the times LVL personnel are not available.

Package Delivery:

Any packages delivered by family, friends, UPS, USPS, FedEx, grocery stores or pharmacies will be delivered to the security check point. The packages will then be picked up by Life Enrichment and delivered directly to your apartment.

Everyone –

residents, employees, vendors, construction workers, personal care workers, etc. will enter through the checkpoints. Anyone gaining admission will have their temperature taken. If you have a personal caregiver, please call the hospitality desk to add their name to a list of persons allowed in the building.

No one else will be allowed access. Should you leave the campus, you will need your resident ID or driver’s license with your LVL address for re-entry. Upon re-entry residents and all employees will have their temperature taken and fill out a questionnaire. Everyone must wash their hands when reentering the building.
